GGVSEB 2025 Schulung zum Gefahrgutrecht
GGVSEB 2025
Die Rechtsvorschriften für die kennzeichnungspflichtige Gefahrgutbeförderung (ADR) und die Gefahrgutverordnung Straße, Eisenbahn und Binnenschifffahrt (GGVSEB) werden in jedem ungeraden Jahr aktualisiert.
Die ADR 8.2.3 schreibt vor, dass Personen, die an Beförderungen gefährlicher Güter auf Straßen beteiligt sind, unterwiesen sein müssen. Die Unterweisung ist in regelmäßigen Abständen durch Auffrischungskurse zu ergänzen, um Ãnderungen in den Vorschriften Rechnung zu tragen. Damit fallen alle Kälteanlagenbauerfachbetriebe, die Druckgasflaschen transportieren, unter die Verpflichtung, ihre Mitarbeiter in der Regel alle zwei Jahre zur Beförderung gefährlicher Güter zu unterweisen.
